Expres Mail Servis is a service for sending documents, goods and other articles abroad. We shall transport and deliver your express items in the quickest way.
You can use prepaid express wraps:
- EASY EXPRESS EÚ – prepaid envelope for sending documents up to 1 kg to Member States of the European Union specified in the Tariff
- EASY EXPRESS WORLD – prepaid envelope for sending documents up to 1 kg to countries out of the European Union specified in the Tariff

Posting procedure back
- Find out which goods can be sent to a country where you wish to send an express item. Conditions for contents of items to a specific country of destination, binding information on customs regulations and goods export are available at customs authorities, diplomatic missions in a country of destination or chambers of commerce.
- Call us at 0800 122 413 (+421 48 437 87 77 from abroad) and order the courier, who will pick up your item or bring an item to a regional hub or to an express post office directly.
- You can post items up to 15 kg at any post office too.
- Fill in accompanying forms for international service.
- The express item addressed to Member States of the European Union is not subject to customs control and therefore it is not necessary to fill in a customs declaration. The item addressed to countries out of the European Union is subject to customs control therefore you have to fill in the Customs Declaration CN 22 or CN 23 that is a part of an accompanying document (green printing). In the Customs Declaration, describe in details the contents of the express item, weight and amount of the sent goods and attach your signature.
- We will acknowledge you an acceptance of the express in the accompanying form.
