EPG Business Parcel

EPG Business Parcel is a service for sending the goods abroad. We shall transport and deliver your items in the quickest way.

You can use EPG Business Parcel for:

Transit time	assumed transit times depend on a respective country of destination
Weight	by country of destination
Size	minimum allowed dimensions – 250 x 160 mm maximum allowed dimensions – by country of destination
Posting	a courier shall take an item on a place agreed with a customer at 11 regional hubs at 182 express post offices
Delivery	to countries specified in sending conditions
Method of payment	at an express post office – in cash, by advance bank transfer, by postage credit at a regional hub – in cash, by invoice, by advance bank transfer at a courier – in cash, by invoice, by advance bank transfer

Supplementary services	Insurance, Deliver to Addressee in Person, Fragile, Cumbersome, Advice of Delivery. The service can be required only to countries specified in sending conditions.
Dispositional services – sender	Withdrawal of an Item from the Post at posting, Withdrawal of an Item from the Post on the territory of the Slovak Republic
Dispositional services – addressee	Extension of Period of Retention, Repeated Delivery, Second Repeated Delivery, Delivery to Another Address, Refusal of Acceptance of an Item
Information services	Monitoring Information

Find out which goods can be sent to a country where you wish to send an express item. Conditions for contents of items to a specific country of destination, binding information on customs regulations and goods export are available at customs authorities, diplomatic missions in a country of destination or chambers of commerce.
Give us a ring and agree a specific place of takeover of an item by courier or bring an item to a regional hub or to an express post office directly.
Fill in accompanying forms for international service.
The express item addressed to Member States of the European Union is not subject to customs control and therefore it is not necessary to fill in a customs declaration. The item addressed to countries out of the European Union is subject to customs control therefore you have to fill in the Customs Declaration CN 22 or CN 23 that is a part of an accompanying document (green printing). In the Customs Declaration, describe in details the contents of the express item, weight and amount of the sent goods and attach your signature.
We shall acknowledge you an acceptance of the express in the accompanying form.
