  1. Choose a category of Postal Money Order according to a time required for delivery of cash money to an addressee (1st Class or 2nd Class Postal Money Order).
  2. Fill in the blue Postal Money Order (1st Class or 2nd Class Postal Money Order) that is available at each post office.
  3. If you require payment of cash money to an addressee already on the day of posting, it is necessary to inform the addressee of money sending (the addressee shall accept his cash money at the post office in person on the same day).
