Western Union is safe and the fastest method of sending and receiving cash money in more than 300,000 places all over the world without a need to have a bank account. Cash money shall be paid already in a few minutes after its posting.
Use of the Western Union back
You shall use the Western Union for:
- sending/receiving cash money to/from abroad and within Slovakia,
- solving of crisis financial situation,
- sending cash money when you do not know a bank account of a receiver.
Sending procedure back
- Fill in a form “Pre zaslanie peňazí” (“To send money”; with a green printing), by preprint, by which we shall provide you at the post office counter.
- Submit the completed form and give proof of your identity.
- Then submit an allocated amount, plus an amount for transfer fee in EUR currency.
Receiving procedure back
- Fill in a form “Pre príjem peňazí” (“To receive money“; with a yellow printing), by preprint, by which we shall provide you at the post office counter.
- Submit the completed form together with your identity card at the post office counter (in case of amount up to 1,000 USD, cash money shall also be paid without giving proof of your identity – e.g. in the event of loss of documents. However it shall be given a control question and answer agreed with a sender in advance. Submit also a certificate of loss documents.),
- We shall pay cash money to you in EUR currency regardless of currency in which this money has been sent.
