Info Web service is provided to the following categories of postal items:

Explanatory Notes:
- RR, VV, CP, CV, CZ, VZ - product code (indication for a specific category of postal item)
- 123456789 - nine-character number from posting number of postal item
- SK - country code, i.e. indication of a country where the postal item has been posted (always SK – Slovensko/Slovakia)
NOTE:
Information about a result of delivery of a postal item with Info Web service (i.e. whether the postal item was delivered, returned, redirected or stored) shall be available at the latest on the next working day after the day on which a delivery attempt to the addressee has been made.
Track & Trace
Track & Trace service is automatically provided to the express items in domestic and international postal service.
Express Items in Domestic Postal Service:

- Information about a movement of an express item is available on the next working day after the day of its posting.
- Information about a result of delivery of an express item is available on the day of attempt to deliver, at 20.00 hours at the latest.

Explanatory Notes:
- EE, CE, EU, EW - product code (indication for a specific category of express item posted in Slovakia)
- 123456789 - nine-character number from posting number of express item
- SK - country code, i.e. indication of a country where the express item has been posted (in this case, Slovakia)
- XX - product code, i.e. indication for a specific category of express item posted abroad (data by the posting number of express item)
- YY - country code, i.e. indication of a country where the express item has been posted (data by the posting number of express item)
- 123456789012 - twelve-character number of some express items posted in Germany (data by the posting number of express item)
NOTE:
- Information about a movement of an express item posted in Slovakia (addressed abroad) is available on the next working day after the day of its posting.
- Information about a result of delivery of an express item posted abroad (addressed to Slovakia) is available on the day of attempt to deliver to the addressee, at 20.00 hours at the latest.
- If for EMS item posted in Slovakia (addressed abroad) appears as the last information it’s outbound from the country (Slovakia) and other information are not available, Slovenská pošta is not responsible for the missing information. The postal administration of the country of destination is responsible for the availability of further information about the postal item.
